Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time without prior notice. Your access and use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these T&C, as updated or modified. For this reason, we encourage you to review these T&C each time you access and use the Platform.
• All articles, videos, course materials, images, logos, trademarks, and other content appearing on this Platform are the property of their respective owners.

• You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement and be bound by these T&C. You shall not access or use the Platform if you are not competent to contract under applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• If you represent a company, institution, partnership firm, or sole proprietorship, you shall be eligible to access the Platform and avail of the services and facilities on its behalf only if you have been duly authorised to do so and have fulfilled such additional eligibility requirements as may be required by Edroots Learning.

• All content on the Platform, including but not limited to page headers, graphics, mock tests, videos, practice materials, course content, audio clips, illustrations, text, reports, trademarks, and trade names (“Platform Content”), constitutes the intellectual property of Edroots Learning and/or its licensors. Applicable copyright and intellectual property laws protect the Platform and the Platform Content.
• You may access the Platform and utilise the Platform Content solely for your personal and non-commercial educational use. You are not entitled to duplicate, distribute, create derivative works of, display, or commercially exploit the Platform Content directly or indirectly without prior written permission from Edroots Learning.
• Edroots Learning and its licensors, if any, are the sole owners of the underlying software, systems, course content, trademarks, copyrights, and all other intellectual property rights associated with the Platform.

• You may be required to create an account in order to access certain services or courses on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account (“Account”) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
• You agree to:
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account or breach of security; and
  • Ensure that you log out from your Account at the end of each session.
• Edroots Learning shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Clause.
• Deleting the application or discontinuing use of the Platform does not automatically terminate your Account. Users may contact us in writing if they wish to request deletion of their account information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

• By accepting these T&C, you expressly consent to being contacted by Edroots Learning, Edroots International, our representatives, affiliates, or service providers through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, notifications, or other communication channels using the contact details provided by you.
• Such communications may include:
  • Course updates
  • Learning reminders
  • Promotional offers
  • Webinar invitations
  • Educational opportunities
  • Customer support communications
  • Payment or account notifications
• You certify that the contact details provided by you are true, accurate, current, and belong to you. You agree to notify us promptly if your contact information changes.

• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these T&C or our Privacy Policy.
• You shall not:
  • Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks;
  • Use hacking, password mining, or other unlawful means to access the Platform;
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful software;
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform Content;
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform.
• The Platform is made available solely for your personal and non-commercial educational use.
• You accept that all operations conducted through your Account or Device shall be deemed to have been initiated by you.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out under your Account and agree to notify Edroots Learning immediately in the event of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
• Edroots Learning shall make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality of user information; however, we shall not be responsible for any disclosure, leakage, or loss resulting from theft, negligence, unauthorized access, or failure on your part to practice safe usage of your Device and credentials.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the Platform.

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edroots Learning, Edroots International, affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to:
  • Your use or misuse of the Platform;
  • Violation of these T&C;
  • Infringement of intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• The terms of this provision shall survive termination of your use of the Platform.

• The Platform and all services, features, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Edroots Learning expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• While reasonable efforts are made to ensure uninterrupted and accurate services, we do not warrant that:
  • The Platform will meet your requirements;
  • Access will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any material downloaded or obtained through the Platform is done at your own discretion and risk.
• The limitations of the Platform include:
  • Course content and video lessons are designed for educational support and do not guarantee any specific score, result, admission, or career outcome.
  • Practice materials and mock tests are intended for preparation purposes only.
  • AI-generated evaluations or mock test scores may not always reflect actual examination outcomes.

• Edroots Learning, Edroots International, affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:
  • Use or inability to use the Platform;
  • Loss of data or profits;
  • Unauthorized access to your information;
  • Interruptions, delays, or technical failures;
  • Reliance on educational content or mock test evaluations.
• In no event shall the total liability of Edroots Learning exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these T&C is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• Edroots Learning may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these T&C or misuse the Platform.
• Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these T&C shall immediately cease.

Failure by Edroots Learning to enforce any provision of these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any future enforcement rights.

You shall not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these T&C without prior written consent from Edroots Learning.

• Edroots Learning reserves the right to update the Platform, including adding new features, improving functionality, and optimising user experience.
• Users agree to install updates or modifications where applicable in order to continue using the Platform effectively.

These T&C shall remain valid and binding upon you for as long as you access or use the Platform or maintain an Account with Edroots Learning.

• These T&C and the Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• By using the Platform, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India, in relation to any disputes arising out of or connected with the Platform or these T&C.
• If Edroots Learning updates or modifies these T&C, the revised version shall be posted on this page for users to review.
